The firm offers General insurance products like Electronic Gadgets Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Home Appliance Insurance etc. Working as a Insurance provider comes with multiple challenges which they need to counter like managing Leads, Sending them frequently offers, marketing, selling Insurance, etc and support, and that’s when the team realized the need for something like CRM to manage the sales and administration of insurance policies. We, at Invoflix, customized and implemented the Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Invoice, Campaign, for them, ensuring that it streamlines their sales, marketing and customer journeys.

✅ Lead and Marketing Management

Firm runs campaign to generate the Leads to sell the Insurance product in future. They use to store the Campaign data for marketing in document file and then collect the Leads data from different source in Excel. It was very difficult to manage because of multiple Employee doing same task based on role and also quite time consuming and threat of data loss.

✅ Policy Management

The Policy management was done manually by their teams on daily basis in Excel. They used to manually enter all the information of customer, insurance details, and other data which could result in erroneous documentation many times.

✅ Renewal of Policy

After selling the Policy, company had the challenge to retain the customer and here they felt the need for SMS and Email system, where they can automatically start the campaign to retain the existing customer.

✅ Support System

The proper support system was most crucial for the firm because their customers reach the firm very frequently with the doubts and query which needs to be solved very efficient and fast for instant resolution.

Our Implementation

➡️ Zoho CRM for Managing Data

We created multiple custom Module and utilized existing default modules in Zoho CRM to manage their customer Data like Personal Information, Policy Information, Renewal Information, records assignment, Lead nurturing process, Notification system, etc.

➡️ SMS automation

We integrated the 3rd Party Text and WhatsApp SMS feature to send the information to customer and internal employees. It was used for Marketing, Support response, Notifications, regular offers and many more.

➡️ Zoho Desk for Ticketing and Help Desk

We used Zoho Desk to implement the ticketing service for the Firm where customers can create the tickets for any type of support and query and along with that we also developed the Help Portal and integrated it from the Firm website so that customers can refer to the existing Articles for the quick query and helps.

➡️ Zoho Campaign for Marketing

For the Email marketing, we implemented Zoho Campaign to send the customized and modern Emails templates related to offers, Newsletter, Campaign emails automatically and tracking it in very efficient manner.

Using these features we developed, all the internal process became very very fast and efficient which increased the overall performance by up to 65%. From lead tracking to selling policy renewal and support system, everything became automatically which result in time saving and increase in sales and productivity.
