Zoho One Implementation for a EdTech Company
This company was established in 2016 and is a rapidly growing education technology firm dedicated to providing high-quality paid courses to students. It offers Programming Language lectures, Interview Preparation courses, Exam Preparation, and much more. With a continually expanding user base and a diverse range of courses, this organization needed a comprehensive and integrated system to efficiently manage various aspects of their operations.
The Challenges
The client’s challenges can be categorized into three parts:
Speed up the Lead Process
Customer’s challenge was to collect the leads from various sources and then assigning them to specific agents and teams based on factors like region and language. Additionally, aimed to automate the lead nurturing process to make it more efficient. This was crucial for the customer as manually managing these aspects proved to be both time-consuming and complex.
Financial Management:
The manual invoicing and accounting processes within the company led to errors, delays, and inaccuracies, significantly impacting financial management. Seeking a solution to streamline these operations, the implementation of an automated system was crucial. By adopting an automated invoicing and accounting approach, they aimed to eliminate errors, reduce delays, and enhance the overall accuracy and efficiency of its financial processes, ensuring a more seamless and effective management of financial transactions.
Customized Reports
The customer needed reports and a dashboard to keep track of everything in tables and charts. They wanted different levels of reports based on the roles of people in the company.
Our Implementation
To resolve the challenges faced by the company, we implemented Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, SalesIQ for them to automate and optimize various business processes, which are listed below:
Zoho CRM for Lead Management
Using Zoho CRM we created various module which includes Leads module for Leads tracking and nurturing, Contact module, Deals module and Cases module for Support management. We created multiple workflow process to assign the leads and customers and other records.
We implemented SMS API to send Offers to Students and new updates using 3rd Party SMS service providers.
Zoho Books for Financial Management
We implemented Zoho Books for all the finance related process of Customer. We created the Invoicing process, Billing/Subscription, Expense management.
Zoho Analytics for Data-driven Insights
We used Zoho Analytics for all the reporting, Charts and Dashboards. Employee could see the reports based on their different roles and profiles in the company.
Zoho SalesIQ for Chatbot and Visitor Tracking
We used SalesIQ for tracking the new visitor on the customer website and converting the highly potential visitors in Leads. We also build a ChatBot for live interaction and Help Center.
Result
Implementing these solutions significantly contributed to the company’s efficiency by saving considerable time and effort in the management of leads and Product sales to customers. Moreover, the solutions facilitated the expansion of the customer base, opening avenues for reaching new clients. Furthermore, the optimization of internal processes was achieved, resulting in a more streamlined and effective operational structure. Overall, the implemented solutions played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s overall performance and growth trajectory.
